Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Definitions and Interpretation

• "User" or "You" — refers to any individual who registers, accesses or uses dis88 services.
• "Account" — refers to a user account officially registered on the dis88 platform.

• "Real Money" — refers to funds deposited by the user into their dis88 account using a valid payment method.

2. User Eligibility

Use of the dis88 platform is limited to individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Aged at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not in a category of individuals prohibited by local or international law from participating in online gambling activities.
• Have not been banned or removed from any online gambling platform due to fraud or deliberate misconduct.

3. Account Registration and Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at dis88. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Breaching this condition may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of all fund balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full name, valid MyKad or passport number, active mobile phone number and a reachable email address.

• The account password is entirely the user's responsibility. dis88 is not liable for any losses resulting from disclosure of the password to third parties.
• Users must notify the dis88 support team immediately if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.
• Transferring or selling an account to another party is strictly prohibited.
• dis88 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time through the established Know Your Customer (KYC) process.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

dis88 provides payment methods suited for users in Malaysia. All financial transactions are processed through secure and encrypted channels.

Accepted methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

• Minimum deposit: RM10 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per request.
• Withdrawal processing time: between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on the method chosen.
• All withdrawals are subject to identity verification and compliance with the relevant bonus wagering requirements.
• dis88 reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify ownership of the payment method before processing a withdrawal.
• Any attempt to manipulate the payment system will result in immediate account suspension.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

dis88 offers various promotions for new and existing users. All bonus offers are subject to the stated wagering requirements and should be read carefully before being claimed.

Welcome Bonus: New users are eligible for a 120% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount received before any withdrawal is permitted.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Each promotion can only be claimed once unless stated otherwise.
• dis88 reserves the right to change, suspend or end any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Misuse of promotions or bonus fraud may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

6. Prohibited User Conduct

Users agree not to engage in the following activities while using the dis88 platform:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts or computer programs to access or interact with the platform.
• Manipulating games, the payment system or bonus mechanisms through technical means or fraud.
• Collaborating with other players to cheat the system ("collusion").
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities or using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Trading, selling or renting a dis88 account to a third party.
• Using more than one account to manipulate bonus offers.
• Spreading false or misleading information about dis88 to the public.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

dis88 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for the following reasons:

• Confirmation that the user is under 21 years of age.
• Proven fraud, attempted fraud, or misconduct.
• Providing false information during registration or the verification process.
• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Official request from the relevant authorities.

Users may also close their own account upon request by contacting our support team. Before closure, all outstanding wagering requirements and pending identity verifications must be completed first.

8. Limitation of Liability

dis88 provides its platform with best efforts to ensure service availability and reliability. However, the following limitations apply:

• dis88 is not responsible for any losses suffered as a result of technical disruptions beyond our control, including server failures, network issues, or system maintenance.
• dis88 does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability at all times.
• dis88 is not responsible for betting decisions made by users. All bets are placed entirely at the user's own risk.
• In the event of a technical error affecting game outcomes, dis88 reserves the right to void or correct the relevant transactions.
